St Chrysostom's is an inclusive church where people of differing backgrounds, ages and ethnicity make friends. We're a fun, tolerant and caring community. St. Chrysostom’s has a long tradition of reaching out to and welcoming the marginalised, the alienated, as well as inactive Christians.
We are an Anglo Catholic church, that is one with a strong emphasis on worship,
prayer and pastoral care.
Bishop Nigel, our Bishop, has described us as
"one of the most diverse and stimulating churches in the diocese"

Although not in Salford Deanery we extend a warm welcome to all at St. Mary the Virgin, Leigh (known as Leigh Parish Church). We are an inclusive and welcoming congregation offering a spiritual home to everyone.
